Birthday Rolls for S.J.

After warming up we picked up where we left off Tuesday. Tai no henko means - I think - the first body movement in response to an attack. We worked on a tenkan response to katatetori leading to shihonage, iriminage, and kokyunage. Those were fairly involved techniques but we also did some quick kotegaeshi, sumi otoshi and shihonage. We finished with S.J.'s birthday rolls and several rounds of Randori. I only sat out part of two techniques and only then after practicing for quite a while on each.
