Randori is an Aikido exercise that allows it's participants to create harmony amid chaos. It's fun when you keep your head about you but it is very challenging. Randori translates from Japanese as "seizing chaos". This blog serves as a diary for my Aikido experience and, now, my gym experience.

Gym 10/19
Lifecycle: 10 minutes, level 5, cadence mid 80s to mid 90s, heart rate 147 - should have gone longer but my right knee was starting to catch and hurt.
