Randori is an Aikido exercise that allows it's participants to create harmony amid chaos. It's fun when you keep your head about you but it is very challenging. Randori translates from Japanese as "seizing chaos". This blog serves as a diary for my Aikido experience and, now, my gym experience.

Gym - 1/2/2008
Lifecycle - 10 minutes - 6 minutes on level 6 at high 80s and 4 minutes on level 5 at low 90s
Weight: 320 (didn't take my little water pills regularly in the last two weeks and ate a lot of carby stuff in the last two months)
