Randori is an Aikido exercise that allows it's participants to create harmony amid chaos. It's fun when you keep your head about you but it is very challenging. Randori translates from Japanese as "seizing chaos". This blog serves as a diary for my Aikido experience and, now, my gym experience.

My legs were more tired today than on Monday. I had to hold my pace down to keep my heart rate below the 80% level for people my age (153)
